Delivery Coverage Dash9ja currently operates within major cities and towns across Nigeria, including but not limited to: Abuja Lagos Port Harcourt Ibadan Benin City Enugu Kano Owerri We are actively expanding our service areas. Availability of delivery options may vary depending on the location of the vendor and the buyer. --- 2. Delivery Timeframes Delivery timelines depend on product type, vendor location, and delivery distance. Estimated timeframes: Order Type Delivery Time Food/Perishable Items 30 minutes – 2 hours Same-City Orders 1 – 24 hours Inter-City Orders 1 – 3 business days Pre-Order Items As stated in listing > Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, vendor delays, or public holidays. --- 3. Delivery Methods We offer the following delivery options: Dash9ja Express: Fulfilled by our in-house or partnered delivery agents Vendor Delivery: Managed directly by the vendor Pickup Option: Available for selected vendors—customers may choose to pick up their orders --- 4. Delivery Fees Shipping costs are calculated based on: Delivery distance Product type and weight Urgency (e.g., express or standard) Location (intra-city vs. inter-city) The applicable delivery fee will be shown at checkout before payment is completed. --- 5. Order Tracking Customers will receive real-time updates on their order status via email, SMS, or in-app notifications. Live tracking may be available for Dash9ja Express orders. --- 6. Delivery Attempts Our delivery agents will make two (2) attempts to deliver your order. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to the vendor, and the customer may be charged an additional fee for re-delivery or processing. --- 7. Failed Deliveries Orders may fail if: The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete The recipient is unavailable after multiple attempts The customer refuses delivery without valid reason In such cases, refunds may not be issued unless a legitimate issue is confirmed. --- 8. Damaged or Missing Items If an item arrives damaged or is missing: 1. Report it within 24 hours of delivery via the app or support email 2. Attach relevant photos and order ID 3.
